Overview:

You are here looking at my info because you need an inspector and trying to decide who will be qualified to give an accurate assessment of the property, so you can make an informed decision and negotiation. All I can do, is to tell you about myself and give you confidence and make your decision easier.

I have been performing all types of property inspections, for all types of properties, for more than ten years, with 1000's of inspection done.
Prior to being an inspector, I owned a construction/renovation company for about 15 years.
The above two combined with graduating from Durham College as a qualified inspector, plus regularly updating my education through the largest and most respected North American Association - "NACHI - National Association of Certified Home Inspectors", ensures that you will get an accurate and detailed report, at a very reasonable cost. I personally do all inspections. (not sending any juniors). Detailed report provided at sight.

Due to my past experience, I will give you cost estimates re deficiencies found during inspection, plus advice re renovation etc.
